July 4th

I am having so much trouble loading pictures on to my blog. For some reason it is only letting me do 4, so these will have to do.

We spent July 4th weekend at Grandma's house for 2 days and the actual 4th of July at a local park and at home making homemade ice cream. The above pictures are from our ice cream adventure. Chocolate ice cream. Yummy.

Here is a little update on Gracie:

- She is doing terrific.

- She is stringing a few words together to make sentences.

- She refuses to say her name but will say "G G" (Gracie Girl)

- She is a screamer when she does not get her way.

- She is a water baby and just finished 2 weeks of Mommy and Me swimming lessons.

- She will say hi to anyone and I mean anyone: from the dirty homeless man to the tatooed and pierced teenager and they all say hi back to her.

- She has finished 2 months of her 9 month antibiotic for TB.

- She still loves to rub someones ear when she is sad. She's even been known to sit on Jayden's lap and rub his ear when Mommy has told her "no".

- She's amazing.
